Anyone can attend, attending this seminar confers no official “status.” You’re not a “trainer” just because you spend a day at a seminar. Spending the day does, however, help you gain skills or improve your existing skills, which makes it that much more likely that you’ll be willing to be a trainer, and that a training coordinator will invite you to train.
