Dear Ms. Lasko,
This letter is to thank you and the guides at Project Great Outdoors for the wonderful white water rafting trip you gave our students on Tuesday. The trip was incredibly exciting for them, and I’m sure that for most it will be the highlight of their summer.
Many of our students had seen a picture of white water rafting, but they didn’t really know what to expect. They didn’t really know how thrilling it would be until they were actually on the rafts. And then they were so excited! I wish you could have seen their faces and heard their cries.
The thrill of the trip continued to be evident today, two days later, as students put the finishing touches on a beautiful and very artistic poster displaying photos from the trip. They proudly hung the photo in the school cafeteria this morning.
Please let your guides know they were awesome! All of them – Dave, Tom, Mike, Kelly, Rachel, Erin, Thelma and Esther. They were safe, fun, skilled, and kind.
Additionally, I’d like to thank you personally for the great support you gave our group. From the moment you first called me, based on a referral, you’ve be extremely helpful and quick to respond. I wasn’t sure you’d be able to get so many guides out so close to our trip date, but you did, and we’re very grateful.
Here’s to many more fun rafting trips, to rivers, and to fun!
Thanks much,
