Robert Stokich, President
Robert is the owner of LeaderQwest, a personal/professional development firm offering experiential leadership training and coaching. He has been involved in the personal development industry for over 15 years. Additionally, Robert has over 20 years experience in various organizational leadership roles ranging from general management to executive level positions. He loves the outdoors and enjoys hiking, biking, winter sports and photography. When not working, Robert prefers to be in the great outdoors with his wife Lisa, friends, and of course his loyal blue eyed Aussie, Killian. Educationally, he attended LSU and UNR and has a BS in Business & Marketing. Additionally, Robert completed formal ICF sanctioned professional coach training, is a certified NLP Master Practitioner and Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist. He is dedicated to the Kaizen philosophy of constant and never ending improvement. Robert is excited to employ his expansive experience and skills in endeavors that make a difference in the world, especially when involving kids. Project Go is a perfect match for his passion!
Josh Fleisch
Josh is a UC Davis graduate who spends his weekdays in Oakland working for Wells Fargo Bank where he is involved in commercial real estate. His love of the outdoors and joy for the enhancement of youth’s lives combines to make volunteering as the Board Treasurer a uniquely rewarding experience. Josh went through PGO basic guide training in 2009 and has been an active member of the PGO and river rafting community. He has been on the board of directors since November 2012.
Rob McMullen, Treasurer
Rob is the owner RPM Automotive & Scotty’s Transmissions an independent automotive repair and maintenance business in Sparks, NV. He has spent 30+ years in the automotive industry. Rob has participated in youth leadership with Cub Scouts and Boy Scouts, AYSO Soccer and Rotary Youth Leadership Academy as a counselor. He also is a member of Rotary Club of Sparks and a past Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Better Business Bureau of Northern Nevada.
Kelly Corrigan, Director
Kelly has spent more than 25 years in marketing, strategic planning, management and more for both the public and private sectors. She went corporate after a degree in Business from Indiana University and an MBA at CSU-LA. Kelly has worked for companies like AC Nielson, Transamerica Finance, Toyota Motor Sales, USA and along the way transitioned into higher education with the non-profit University Studies Abroad Consortium based at the University of Nevada. She is very excited to be part of Project GO and to continue making a difference in young people’s lives. Kelly has lived in Reno “longer than I ever thought I would” and couldn’t imagine being anywhere else with her husband, 2 daughters and 2 huskies. They spend time supporting each other in their active loves and lives (running, soccer, gymnastics, skiing, swimming) while allowing their huskies to take them for trail “walks”.
Don Vetter, Director
An award-winning journalist and public relations professional, Don Vetter is the newest member of the Project GO Board. He works with clients in the construction, manufacturing, recreation and tourism industries. He also manages economic development marketing and association management for non-profit and government agencies.
As a journalist, Don covered a wide variety of environmental issues in the Bay Area, Utah and Nevada. He was the outdoor editor/reporter for the Reno Gazette-Journals outdoor recreation coverage in the late 1980s. Don is co-founder and was long-time president of the Champions of the Truckee River, a river conservation organization. He was a long-time member of the Truckee River Yacht Club river conservation group and instigator of the annual Truckee River clean ups.
With his wife Karen he enjoys flat water kayaking, hiking, camping and biking. He also shares the Board’s devotion to finely crafted beer and/or ale.
Kurt Hoge, Director
One of the founders of Project GO, Kurt now focuses his Project GO time on development and implementation of guide training curriculum.
